SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs are calculated based on the collective cubic weight of the items in your cart and the delivery location.  The prices reflect those offered by our shipping partners Australia Post and Sendle.

Shipping  for orders over $300 is FREE for all delivery locations in Australia - free shipping is automatically added at checkout once your delivery location is entered.

 

PACKAGING TIME

Following your purchase, we will carefully prepare your order for shipping. Your order will be packed tightly and securely to avoid damage whilst in transit. This process can take between 1-2 days. Please consider this time in addition to the below shipping times.

SHIPPING TIMES

Items posted within Australia usually arrive within 2-8 business days.  Remote areas might expect an additional 1-2 days transit time.

LOCAL PICKUP

For individuals in the Melbourne region who wish to pick up their order personally, please select the LOCAL PICKUP shipping option at checkout. When you select this option, you will receive an email from hello@shakethetreeart.com.au to organise pickup. Your items should be collected from SOUTH MORANG, VICTORIA 3752 within 14 days of receipt of an email notifying that your order is ready for pickup. We will provide you with the exact pick up location in the reply email.

If you can no longer pick up your items within this time for any reason, please email hello@shakethetreeart.com.au as soon as possible to organise shipping payment. We will then ship your order as per the times above once payment has been received.
