CUSTOM PRODUCTS

Custom products can be ordered through the SHOP on our website. When ordering your product, you will be asked to specify a range of details including colour and style. If you would like to provide us with further information, please do not hesitate to email us at shakethetreeart@gmail.com.

For these items, you should allow approximately 1-2 weeks for the production of your piece (depending on demand).

COMMISSIONING AN ARTWORK

If you are wanting an artwork made to suit your exact space and style, please fill out the contact form on the CONTACT page. Once you have completed this step and provided us with some initial detail about your desired artwork, we will be in contact with you promptly to refine details and find the perfect design to suit your needs. This communication will include an estimation on the production time of your piece (usually between 3-4 weeks, but can differ depending on the size, materials and shipping requirements of the piece). At this point, the process is completely obligation-free - if you change your mind at any time, just let us know!

A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your commissioned artwork. Ordering of supplies and production of the artwork will begin after this deposit has been received. The remainder of the price is to be paid prior to shipping or pick up of the piece. We will email you throughout the process to provide progress updates and images, and will let you know when the piece is finalised and ready for shipping/pick up.
