2023 CHRISTMAS DELIVERY

Christmas is just around the corner and you want to make sure that your gifts will arrive on time! To make sure we can get your gifts under the tree by Christmas Day, we have a range of cut-off dates based on the different types of products we offer. These are the final dates for orders to be placed and paid for in order to have delivery before Christmas Day.  Orders placed after 11:59pm on these dates will still be shipped, but will likely arrive after Christmas!

We have a range of custom/made-to-order options which require extra time to create, whereas our premade items (which covers the majority of our store) will be fast and easy to send off, making them the best last-minute gifts!

​IMPORTANT NOTES (please read me!):

​

  • AUSTRALIA INTERSTATE applies to orders shipping to an address within Australia in the following states: VIC, NSW, ACT, SA, TAS, WA, NT & QLD, and including an address within the state of Victoria, but outside of Metropolitan Melbourne, Australia

  • METRO MELBOURNE applies only to orders shipping to an address within Metropolitan Melbourne within the state of Victoria

  • Local Delivery applies to orders where the 'Local Delivery' option has been selected at checkout (including 'Free 5km Delivery' and '10km Delivery (free over $100)' options).

  • Local Pickup applies to orders where the 'Local Pickup' option has been selected at checkout and the customer will pick up their purchase from South Morang, VIC.

  • 'Premade Items' is anything listed on our website which is already made and ready to send. This includes the majority of our items, excluding any 'custom' items and fine art prints as these require extra time to produce.
