Change of mind
Sales are final and no refunds or returns will be accepted for change of mind. Please ensure you look closely at the images and descriptions of items provided so that you are completely happy with the product prior to finalising your purchase. Faulty/damaged products
Although we try our absolute best to ensure your product is packaged well and arrives safe and sound, we understand that every now and again accidents can happen in transit. If your product arrives to you faulty or damaged, please contact us at hello@shakethetreeart.com.au (or via any of the other communication methods displayed on the CONTACT page of our website) as soon as possible. We will resolve any issues as quickly as we can to ensure you have the smoothest possible customer experience.
Resined products
We take the utmost care to ensure that your resined artwork is coated in a beautiful clear gloss coat every time. However, due to dust and particles in the environment, and changes in temperature over the extended (>24 hr) curing time of the resin, there are sometimes small imperfections within the resin, but which do not impose on the overall look of the artwork. This is simply a product of the hand-crafted nature of the artworks we produce. Please ensure you understand this prior to purchasing a resined art piece as we will not accept returns on this basis.
